2. Data we process

When you fill in the enquiry form, email us or call us, we may process:

  • your name;
  • company name (if provided);
  • phone number and/or email address;
  • selected services;
  • site location (town or district);
  • the work description you provide;
  • correspondence and information about handling your enquiry.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to respond to your enquiry, assess the scope of the work you need, prepare a proposal and, if you decide to proceed, conclude and perform a service contract.

We process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform the contract and, where applicable, on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication, protecting the form from automated requests, and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

Your name, site location, service and at least one contact detail are needed for us to reply; without them the enquiry cannot be sent. We do not make automated decisions, including profiling.

We do not use contact details for newsletters or direct marketing.

4. How long we retain data

If no contract is concluded and there is no legal obligation to keep the data longer, we keep the enquiry in the receiving mailbox for up to 12 months. Under its currently published terms, Resend may keep email content and delivery data for up to 30 days. To prevent abuse, a keyed hash (HMAC) of your IP address is kept in Cloudflare KV for up to 10 minutes (the IP address itself is not stored). Cloudflare and Turnstile technical security logs are kept according to the provider's terms for as long as needed to provide the security service.

If a contractual relationship begins, related information is kept for the periods required for contract performance, accounting and legal claims under applicable law.

5. Data recipients

Cloudflare provides website hosting, Turnstile protection against automated requests and short-term rate limiting. Resend delivers the enquiry email to our mailbox. Our info@daugiaugero.lt mailbox is hosted by Purelymail, and enquiry emails are stored on its servers. These providers process data only as far as needed to provide these functions.

To assess the work, prepare a proposal and carry it out, we share enquiry details (site location, description of the work and, where necessary, contact details) with our vetted subcontractors. They use this data only for that purpose.

Cloudflare, Resend and Purelymail may process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards set out in Chapter V of the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it. Where required by law, we may disclose data to public authorities or professional advisers.

6. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing, receive data you provided, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

To exercise your rights, email info@daugiaugero.lt. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

7. Cookies and security

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not store any settings in your browser.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. To tell a person from an automated request, it may process your IP address, technical browser and device signals, the website address and the result of the security check. The name, phone, services and message entered in the form are not sent to Turnstile.

8. Questions and complaints

Please contact us first at info@daugiaugero.lt so we can review your concern.

You also have the right to complain to the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate. General information is available from the European Commission.
